Estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not binding until a signed contract is in place. Project timelines, costs, and scope may be subject to change based on site conditions or client-requested modifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information.

Allowing reasonable access to the property during working hours.

Ensuring that areas are clear of personal belongings and safe for work to be performed.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in individual contracts. In general:

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones.

Final payment is due upon completion.

Late payments may incur interest charges and legal collection fees if necessary.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee. All Clear, LLC DBA: RestoPros of Salt Lake City reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranties & Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties on materials and workmanship will be outlined in your project agreement. However: We are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage caused by third parties.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and within the warranty period defined in your contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Clear, LLC DBA: RestoPros of Salt Lake City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
